Vlog Isn’t My Thing

Been awhile since I last participate on a meme and Kate from Mommy Monologues has team up with some super ladies to create this brand spanking new Vlog Talk.

So here’s my first ever Vlog – picked the first prompt inspired by Liz from A Belle, A Bean and A Chicago Dog (I miss pronounced your blog, Liz! – justify why I shouldn’t vlog). Hope I won’t scared you off.

Check out the rest of the Vlog-ing Ladies!

    You don’t look chubby!
    I love your voice!
And I don’t hear an accent at all! I just heard you say that people tell you that you have an American Accent & I was going to tell you that!

That was absoultely freakin’ awesome! Maureen, you did a great job! I love your accent & your pronunciation was spot on! You were so right, there is a first time for everything. I would love to see more vlogs from you!

You did great on your first vlog! Seeing and hearing yourself on camera at first is really hard. I hated my voice the first couple times but now I’m getting used to it. I’m glad you said you were at work because I was really wondering what all those binders/books were behind you. Thanks for joining us and I hope to see you vlog more. You did great.

Yay!! you did a great job and you don’t sound like a man!! Honestly I think that most people don’t like the way they sound… it seems to be one of the top reason that people don’t vlog (I’m one of them).

I look forward to seeing you again!

I love your voice! You sound like an anchorwoman! And no, you absolutely do NOT look chubby! I’m also Asian, born and raised in the Philippines. But I get a lot of training in English from arguing with my American husband. Hehe.

Well, you LOOKED beautiful, Maureen! I personally love these vlogs… it’s so fun to get to see people “in person” and hear their voices (and no, yours is not manly sounding at all!).

I have to sheepishly admit, though… I’ve been mispronouncing your blog name all this time. So, I’m glad you did a vlog to set me straight! 🙂

Hey Hon, sorry to hear work is so tough on you!! 12 hours a day, oh my I hope you got a promotion to reward your dedication!
I have a (no so) secret to tell you, my job is also keeping me from my blog. But I’ve decided I wasn’t over yet! Looking forward to reading you again on a regular basis if you have it in you!

Been thinking of you. Your voice is exactly what I expected, it’s confident and strong, not masculine at all. I loved seeing you 🙂

Maybe some day I will vlog too? We shall see. I have WAY more of an accent than you 🙂

Take good care, hugs to Lil’A.
