    agree with the increase in strength for daily chores! haha, but for sqautting, i don’t know. my knees are getting from bad to worse recently from all the exercising, sad to say. kinda worried right now, eating glucosamine pills and applying the cream daily. hope i can save it. wouldn’t wanna give up spinning because of bad knees. 🙁
