Stuck On You Giveaway

Few weeks ago I went in to my son’s soon-to-be Elementary School to pick up his uniform’s material – yes he will be wearing a uniform – and I stopped right by the security guy by the front door.

My eyes darted to a big box of what looks like a lost & found bottled water/sippy cups box.

That box was full! Pink water bottle, blue water bottle, lunch boxes or all shapes and colors. It was quite colorful.

I got my visitor card and went inside the hallway, finding my way to the office.

That reminded me how I would need to get new labels for my boy. He’ll start First Grade on July 17. Somebody please hold me I’m this close to hit the panic button! There are still tons of things to do. Parents Teachers Orientation before school is scheduled 2 days before school starts.

His uniforms are now being tailored and will be ready on the 15th. I still need to get some stationery stocks such as pens, pencils, crayons, coloring pencils, eraser, etc. Books are provided by the school so phew, less thing to worry about.

His Dad will get him new shoes – I swear that boy’s feet grow so fast overnight!

I would need to labels all of those stuffs.

Labels to The Rescue!

Now look at these babies!

Aren’t they just adorable?!

Cute labels. I always do the shortcut, just write the boys’ names using a permanent marker. Still waiting for Target to do Back to School sales. Each kid needs to bring tremendous amount of school supplies (I guess not every kid bring supplies, so the class has to share), such as 60 sharpened pencils, 5 boxes of erasable markers, 4 boxes of color pencils, 8 boxes of Kleenex, 10 glue sticks, 15 spirals, 5 canisters of Clorox wipes, 10 binders, etc…etc. We do not put names on those supplies, we just put names on the kids’ personal items such as their thumb drive, gym uniforms, school jacket/sweater, school t-shirts and lunch pail.

Such an adorable giveaway. I remember once losing my school uniform blouse and panicked! It was missing for a week before someone found it in the boy’s toilet (?!). I might have written my name on the tab inside the collar area. I would only find out a few years later that a couple of “friends” played a practical joke on me by hiding my blouse away because someone in the group didn’t like me. Yeah.. fun days. LOL.
