My 5 Fitness Wish List – #WellnessWednesday #GoWellnessday

Welcome to week 10 of Wellness Wednesday, lovelies.

This week I pick the last prompt:

My 5 Fitness Wish List

Although my birthday has passed and Christmas is still so far away, I think this list can be fun. Santa, if you are reading, this is my list in no particular order.

My 5 Fitness Wish List

TRX. Why TRX? Because they are so versatile and can be used anywhere from your home to your hotel room if you are traveling.

Lebert Equalizer this looks like a really cool ‘gadget’ too add to my home gym. Can be used for push ups, tricep dips, etc.

Bowflex SelectTech. I first saw them when I was doing Chalean Extreme three years ago and I still lust after them. Dream dumbbells to have at home! One day oh Bowflex you will be mine.

More sports bra that looks awesome and give the supports I needed. Being big boobs in Asia? Sports bra only goes to size XL here and I am having so much trouble finding a good one here. I have to either ask friends from America to get them or get them from ebay.

A new polar watch, I have been using an older version of a polar watch for well over 2 years and the battery only went out last month. That’s how durable and reliable they are.

I’m keeping my eye on the sports bra. They look gorgeous! Thanks for sharing, Maureen! 🙂

Having a nice and comfortable sports bra is a must if you work out a lot. If I can get a set of kettle bells, that would be great!

  3. March 12, 2015 / 12:21 am

I would love to have the Bowflex SelectTech. So easy to store. Finding a great sports bra can be challenging. That one looks great.

  4. March 12, 2015 / 4:05 am

I want to get an equalizer bar thing too but I have no where to store it. I kind of want a fitbit , and Tori Burch has a super cute necklace that you can change over the sensor in your fitbit too so you can wear it during the day and no one would no its tracking device.

  5. March 12, 2015 / 6:33 am

What a great list of items for working out. I am a more of a walker, so not all of these would work for me. I do like the sports bra though.

  6. March 12, 2015 / 9:03 am

There’s a polar M400 now and this would be perfect for you. I also tried TRX, it was painful but really effective.

  7. March 12, 2015 / 1:34 pm

what an awesome list! I love workout gear and having it around me at home!

  9. March 12, 2015 / 6:50 pm

TRX portables are on top of my wishlist too! Hopefully I can afford some of them :).

  10. March 13, 2015 / 4:45 pm

Great list! I have something like the TRX (though not the same brand) and I love it! I love rowing, and it’s great that I can do it at home without having a huge machine.

  11. March 13, 2015 / 5:01 pm

I haven’t heard of a polar watch. Now I’m curious and going to go Google it. 🙂

  12. March 15, 2015 / 11:37 pm

It’s Amazing..Your daily schedule is better than me 😀

  13. March 17, 2015 / 10:46 am
